因受疫情影响，原定于2022年12月9日-11日举办的第十二届中国洞庭湖观鸟节延期举行。现经组委会研究决定，第十二届中国洞庭湖观鸟节定于2023年2月17日-20日在湖南省岳阳市恢复举办。

The Announcement about the 12Th Chinese Dongting Lake Bird-Watching Festival

Due to the epidemic，the 12Th Chinese Dognting Lake Bird-Watching Festival originally scheduled for December 9-11，2022，had been postponed. Now，the organizing committee make the decision that the Bird-Waching Festival will been held in January17-20, 2023.
